Projections

Projections is a series of ten archival pigment prints, each size 44”h x 35”w. The prints were made from 4 x 5 inch transparency film. The photographs were made in the rooms of my home as it was slowly being renovated. I often had to wait until the renovations were complete before I made my photograph. This work directly followed my Circles series which was the first time I used projected imagery.

In 2023, I published a book entitled, At Home, with OSMOS Books. It is a memoir of my artistic path in text and photographs and is inspired by my home that was built in 1837. Right around the several year period when several people were trying to make a photographic image that would not fade away. The Foreword is written by the esteemed art historian, Lucy L. Lippard.
